Pre-Puppy / Pre-Dog Consultations
This session is ideally for if you are just about to get a puppy or a rescue adult dog and need some help and advice to make them feel welcome and safe.
During the session I will help you dog-proof your home and your life, discuss ways to implement training and prioritise the training you need urgently. I will then give you a series of points to think about to make the best of your new friendship.

Simple set up and crate training (should you want to use one)
House training
Your dog’s body language
Dealing with the first day, night and week
Managing chewing, biting and jumping
Managing the children & dog relationship safely
Grooming advice
First visit to the Vet
Bonding with your dog
Socialisation
£45 per hour (in person)*
Online sessions £30 per hour (via Skype or FaceTime)

121 Sessions
Training a dog in a 121 setting can help your dog feel happy and secure. This also includes training walks teaching them good behavioural practice in a ‘real world’ environment so you can enjoy outside time with your dog whether at the park or in the town.
A private dog training session supports and promotes individual learning at a pace that is suitable to you and relevant to your dogs’ learning progression.

Loose lead walking
Recall
Managing jumping, chewing and biting
Basics such as Sit and Down
All commands in the home and in an outside environment.
